UK Shipping Rates & Delivery

We use tracked services to ensure your glass-bottled elixirs reach you securely.

Standard Tracked (2–4 Business Days):

£3.99 for a single item.

£5.50 for 2 or more items (to cover increased weight and protective packaging).

Express Tracked (1–2 Business Days):

£7.00 flat rate for any order size.

Free Standard Shipping:

Free on all UK orders over £50.

Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During peak periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Address & Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ndop Botanical is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee will apply.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of our small-batch, botanical hair oils, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind if the product seal has been broken or tampered with. Once opened, these items cannot be resold for strict health and hygiene reasons.

Physical Damage & Faults
The exception to our final sale policy is if your item arrives damaged (e.g., a broken bottle or leaked seal).
  • How to report: Email: ndopbotanicalhairoil@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage (item and packaging).
  • Timeframe: We kindly ask you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can claim with our courier.
  • Your Rights: This request does not affect your statutory 30-day right to a refund or replacement for faulty goods under the UK Consumer Rights Act. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Bulk & Wholesale Policy

To protect our inventory and ensure product satisfaction, we have a strict policy for large-volume orders:

Sample First Requirement: We require a sample order (single unit) to be placed and tested via our website before any bulk request is processed.

No Returns on Bulk: We do not offer refunds or returns on bulk orders if the product is not a "good fit" after purchase. By placing a bulk order, you acknowledge that you have tested our samples and are satisfied with the formula.

Bulk Shipping: Shipping for bulk orders is calculated by weight and is excluded from our standard £50 free shipping offer.
