Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final


Due to the nature of our products as small-batch, botanical hair oils and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We cannot resell oil-based products once they have left our facility.


Physical Damage Only


The only exception to our no-return policy is if your item arrives with proven physical damage (e.g., a broken glass bottle or a compromised seal).

We kindly request that any transit damage or missing items be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. While this does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act, it ensures we can investigate the matter with our delivery partner immediately.


You must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the outer shipping packaging.


Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.


Bulk & Wholesale Policy

To protect our inventory and ensure product satisfaction, we have a strict policy for large-volume orders:


Sample First Requirement: We require a sample order (single unit) to be placed and tested via our website before any bulk request is processed.


No Returns on Bulk: We do not offer refunds or returns on bulk orders if the product is not a "good fit" after purchase. By placing a bulk order, you acknowledge that you have tested our samples and are satisfied with the formula.


Bulk Shipping: Shipping for bulk orders is calculated by weight and is excluded from our standard £50 free shipping offer.
